What is ValuuttaOtto?
ValuuttaOtto is an ATM that dispenses foreign currency. Each machine offers up to four different currencies.
Almost all machines always offer US dollars (USD) and British pounds (GBP). The rest of the currency selection may vary by location and season. At airport locations, one of the available currencies is euro (EUR).
Please note that the language used at the ATM depends on the card, but it can be changed if needed.
At the ATM, you can also:
– check your account balance
– change your PIN, if your card issuer allows it
– remove a PIN lock, if your card issuer allows it
Which cards does the ValuuttaOtto ATM work with?
ValuuttaOtto ATMs work with Visa and Mastercard cards.
How does the ValuuttaOtto ATM work?
Insert a Visa or Mastercard card. Select the currency and amount. You will see the exchange rates and fees clearly before confirming the transaction. After approval, you receive the currency immediately.
What is the maximum amount per transaction?
The maximum single transaction is 30 banknotes or the equivalent of 1,100 euros (EUR), whichever limit is reached first.
Please note that due to exchange rate fluctuations, the same euro amount may result in a different amount of foreign currency at different times.
What does it cost to use the ValuuttaOtto ATM?
Using the ValuuttaOtto ATM with domestic cards costs the currently valid exchange rate for the selected currency. There are no other charges.
For foreign cards, the transaction margin is determined by the card’s home currency.
How is security handled in ValuuttaOtto ATMs?
ValuuttaOtto ATMs are part of the Otto ATM family, which is known for its security.
What should I do if the ATM does not issue a receipt?
Balance or transaction information will not be printed on the receipt if the receipt paper has run out. If needed, you can check the transaction in your online banking service or another service provided by your card issuer.
What should I do if I do not receive the banknotes?
Report the issue to your card issuer as soon as possible, usually your bank. To investigate the matter, the card issuer must submit the complaint on your behalf.
